Bitter Orange Sidecar
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Brandy or Cognac
- ¾ oz. Aperol
- ¾ oz. Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- Garnish: Sugar Rim, Lemon Twist, Orange Twist or Rosemary optional
Instructions
- Chill the glass. If a sugared rim is desired, add this next.
- Add the brandy, Aperol and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker forms a frost.2 oz. Brandy or Cognac, 3/4 oz. Aperol, 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
