Ghostbusters Drink - Slimer's Ecto Cooler
Lure in Slimer with this vibrant green Ghostbusters drink complete with mini donut garnish. This sweet-tart drink is refreshing and fun…and a perfect complement to a Ghostbusters theme party or 80s Halloween party. This can easily be made with or without alcohol for a kid-friendly version.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Vodka omit this if making it non-alcoholic
- 4 oz. Lemonade
- 2-4 oz. Tonic Water
- 1 drop Green liquid food coloring
- 1 drop Yellow liquid food coloring
- 1 Mini Donut optional garnish
Instructions
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour in the Vodka, then Lemonade, and then top off with Tonic Water.
- Add one drop of green and one drop of yellow food coloring on top.
- Gently stir the top of the drink to blend the colors. This will create the hombre green fade effect.
- Cut a small slit in the mini donut and attach it to the rim of the glass.
Notes
Substitutions & Variations:
If you aren’t a fan of Vodka, you can also make this drink with light Rum for an equally tasty cocktail.
The Tonic Water can be swapped for Sprite, 7-Up, or even soda water if you prefer a less sweet drink.
