Christmas Rum Cocktail
This blue frozen concoction may look chilly on the outside, but it is sure to warm you up on the inside. Creamy, sweet, and loaded with tropical flavors, this Christmas Rum Cocktail is a winter winner, and as close to the magic of the season as you’re going to get.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Light Rum
- 1 oz. Blue Curacao (or Orange Curacao with 2-3 drops of blue food coloring)
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 oz. Cream of Coconut Coco Lopez
- 1 oz. Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in your shaker.
- Shake vigorously with crushed ice and pour into your glass. Top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a cherry on top and serve with a swizzle stick.
