Super Quick Pimento Cheese Stuffed Biscuits

  • 10in Cast Iron Skillet
  • Cheese Grater

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Large Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Pimento Stuffed Green Olives
  • 2 oz. Diced Pimentos (half of a 4 oz. jar)
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Grate the block of cheese into a medium bowl.
  • Chop the green olives and add to bowl.
  • Drain the pimentos and add to bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir with a fork until well combined.
  • Pre-grease the skillet with coconut oil, avocado oil or butter if desired.
  • Add the biscuits to the skillet and remove the top half.
  • Add a spoonful of pimento cheese to the center of each biscuit.
  • Place the tops of the biscuits back on and gently press them down to seal.
  • Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops start to brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to one day at room temperature, then transfer to the fridge.
