Large Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Mayonnaise

Worcestershire Sauce

Pimento Stuffed Green Olives

Diced Pimentos
(half of a 4 oz. jar)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Grate the block of cheese into a medium bowl.
Chop the green olives and add to bowl.
Drain the pimentos and add to bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir with a fork until well combined.
Pre-grease the skillet with coconut oil, avocado oil or butter if desired.
Add the biscuits to the skillet and remove the top half.
Add a spoonful of pimento cheese to the center of each biscuit.
Place the tops of the biscuits back on and gently press them down to seal.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops start to brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to one day at room temperature, then transfer to the fridge.
