Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 oz pure pear juice
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz elderflower cordial
  • 1 slice fresh ripe pear
  • 1 slice firm green pear
  • sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 5-6 dashes lavender botanical water optional

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail mixing glass muddle the ripe pear slice and one thyme sprig with elderflower cordial.

  • Add the fresh lemon juice, pear juice and gin.
    2 oz gin, 2 oz pure pear juice, 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Fill mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice. Add Lavender botanical water if desired.
    5-6 dashes lavender botanical water
  • Cut a small slit in your firm pear slice and add it to the rim of the glass. Add fresh thyme sprig and serve.
