Lemon Juice
freshly squeezed

Noble Tonic 01 Maple Syrup
or Grade A Dark Amber Syrup

oz.
Egg White
or 6-8 dashes of Fee Foam

Bitters

Instructions
Pre-chill your glass.
Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker and dry shake with the egg white (or Fee Foam) for at least 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake again vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into your chilled coupe glass.
Optional: add 3 dashes of aromatic bitters and swirl with a toothpick through the foam.
Notes
Notes: From experience, I recommend using double the amount of Fee Foam than what is stated on the label.
