Maple Boston Sour

Indulge in a decadent Maple Boston Sour cocktail, a delicious fall twist on the classic cocktail with rich maple syrup to balance the tart lemon and toasted oak bourbon.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz. Noble Tonic 01 Maple Syrup or Grade A Dark Amber Syrup
  • ½ oz. Egg White or 6-8 dashes of Fee Foam
  • 3 dashes Bitters optional

Instructions
 

  • Pre-chill your glass.
  • Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker and dry shake with the egg white (or Fee Foam) for at least 30 seconds.
  • Add ice and shake again vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain into your chilled coupe glass.
  • Optional: add 3 dashes of aromatic bitters and swirl with a toothpick through the foam.

Notes

Notes: From experience, I recommend using double the amount of Fee Foam than what is stated on the label.
