Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Popcorn Kernels
  • 1 cup Salted Butter
  • 2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Salted Peanuts Or any nuts you prefer
  • 1 box Reese's Pieces Candy - 4 oz. One "theater box" is just enough.

Instructions
 

  • Pop the popcorn kernels into a large bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan melt the butter, then add the sugar and syrup. Cook for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and add the vanilla and baking soda. Stir to combine.
  • Add the peanuts and stir to combine.
  • Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn in the large bowl and quickly mix to coat evenly.
  • Spread out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool slightly, then sprinkle the Reese's Pieces candy on top.
  • Once completely cool, break apart and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. This should easily stay fresh for several days.
