Easy Leftover Thanksgiving Stuffing Hot Dogs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Hot Dogs
  • 6 Hot Dog Buns
  • 3 cups Leftover Stuffing (approx. 1/2 cup per hot dog)
  • 6-8 slices American Cheese cut into strips
  • ¾ cup Green Onions chopped
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill Relish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350°
  • Brown hot dogs in a skillet. If they are not fully cooked, follow the package instructions for cooking them first.
  • Re-heat leftover Thanksgiving stuffing
  • Coat the inside of hot dog buns with mayo and place them open-face on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Slice the browned hot dogs lengthwise and place on top of buns.
  • Add approx. 1/2 cup of stuffing on top.
  • Place 3-4 strips of American cheese over the stuffing.
  • Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges start to brown.
  • Remove from the oven and add mustard, relish and green onions if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
